This boutique, heritage-listed apartment is located centrally on a lush tree-lined street within Melbourne`s CBD.

The apartment is very private as one of only two apartments on each of the six floors (lift access). Spacious and light, Apartment Alkira has a separate bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom and study/reading room. The two large windows and central panel of glass tiles capture loads of light and look across to other significant examples of Melbourne`s architectural history.

Apartment Alkira itself is located in Alkira House - one of the city`s most striking Art Deco buildings. The interior has been recently renovated and has a contemporary aesthetic look. Weekend, short stay and longer term accommodation enquiries welcome.
